PPC Creatives Under Strict Brand Guidelines

Project Overview

The project focused on building a production workflow for Incentive Agency to support official Apple reseller marketing campaigns across multiple regional markets.

My role was to create a design system that made it possible to produce large volumes of PPC creatives quickly, consistently, and in different languages.

Challenge

The main challenge was scale under strict brand guidelines.

The agency needed to produce creative assets for 10 regional markets, in multiple languages and within tight timeframes. Standard layouts often broke when adapted across languages, while manual adjustments increased the risk of inconsistency and production errors.

The system had to support speed, localization, and brand compliance at the same time.

Solution

The solution was to focus on the parts of the creative system that stayed consistent.

Even when offers, languages, products, and formats changed, the underlying relationships between headings, captions, product imagery, spacing, and animation could follow repeatable rules.

I built the system around flexible typography, modular layouts, and reusable animation presets. This allowed the team to adapt creatives across markets without rebuilding every asset manually.

Deliverables

Layout System

A modular layout system for PPC creatives across different formats and campaign needs. The goal was to make resizing and localization faster without breaking the visual structure.

Typography System

A relational typography system that adapted to different word lengths and language structures while preserving hierarchy and visual consistency.

Animation Presets

Reusable animation presets for recurring campaign patterns. This helped maintain consistency across animated assets and reduced production time.

Multi-Market Production Workflow

A workflow that supported fast adaptation of campaign creatives across 10 regional markets while staying within strict partner brand guidelines.

Outcome

The system increased production speed by roughly three times. The team became able to produce creatives for 10 markets in the timeframe previously needed for three markets.

This case demonstrates production design under real constraints: strict guidelines, multiple languages, short timelines, and high-volume marketing output.
